Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
The goal of CBT intervention is to promote self-awareness and help clients identify the source of stress, negative thoughts, and beliefs. In addition, the goal is to help clients understand the distorted perceptions that contribute to their unhealthy emotions of anxiety and fear. CBT can also alter the way they think, in turn, changing how they feel and freeing them from the anxious symptoms. CBT manages future emotional distress and helps clients develop self-control and personal growth.

Reminiscence therapy is a psychosocial intervention based on remembering — sharing stories of what people have done, things they have seen, and places they have visited (Schweitzer & Bruce, 2008).
Solution-Focused Therapy
Solution-focused therapy (SFT) aims at finding the outcome of the issue instead of analyzing it. What are the goals and objectives? SFT can be more than just therapy. It can also promote an individual’s personal growth, help them to overcome challenges, and to reach their full potential.
Dialectical Behavioral Therapy
Dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) is a type of cognitive behavioral therapy that is evidence-based. It focuses on treating personality disorders such as borderline personality disorder, mood disorders, suicidal ideation,
